Learn By Doing

Our program is unique to Utah dental assisting schools in that classes are taught exclusively in a clinical setting—no sitting through hours of lectures. We firmly believe that the easiest and most efficient way of learning dental assisting is through hands-on exposure. Because of our approach to training we’ve discovered that dentists are keen on hiring our graduates as they are better prepared to immediately jump in and assist with confidence and authority.

Internship and Job Placement Assistance

In addition to our hand-on approach to learning, every student is required to complete an internship before graduating. This allows them to further put their skills to practice side-by-side with highly experienced dental care professionals. UDC is unique in that we are able to provide our students with internship hours at Platinum Dental practices.
Post graduation, every student will receive job placement assistance and will be considered for employment at one of Platinum’s many Utah dental offices.
